- The Trilayer Plus frying pan is made of aluminum, a very good
heat conductor (rapid and evenly distributed heating) and very
light (reduces weight and facilitates the
handling of kitchen utensils).
- The interior of the Trilayer Plus frying pan is provided with a
high-quality non-stick coating with titanium and is
environmentally friendly since, unlike what happens with
conventional Teflon non-stick coatings, PFOA (perfluoroctane
acid, substance capable of passing into food and with
cumulative effects on the body); CO2 emissions into
the atmosphere are reduced and it is more respectful of the
environment.
- The Tricapa Plus frying pan has a thermo-diffuser bottom that
promotes energy savings and uniform cooking and allows it to
be used on induction cookers.
