- The Robust Plus Aluminum frying pan is made of thick aluminum,
a very good heat conductor (rapid and evenly distributed heating)
and very light (reduces weight and facilitates the handling of
kitchen utensils).
- The interior of the Robust Plus Aluminum frying pan is provided
with a high-quality non-stick coating (5 layers) with the addition
of titanium and is environmentally friendly
since, unlike what happens with conventional non-stick Teflon,
it is not used in its manufacture. PFOA (perfluoroctane acid, a
substance that can pass into food and have cumulative effects
on the body); CO2 emissions into the atmosphere are reduced
and it is more respectful of the environment.
