- Cava and champagne enjoy a special status within the world of
wines: they are cheerful drinks, associated with parties and
celebrations, and even with a certain image of luxury. For some
time now, they have also expanded their presence on the table;
they are no longer pigeonholed in toasts, but their different
varieties allow them to be paired with different dishes and even
used in a complete lunch or dinner, from appetizers to desserts.
- Like all wine, cava and champagne should be enjoyed at the
right temperature, in this case cold but not frozen. These
sparkling wines can be chilled in the refrigerator before serving
(never in the freezer) or chilled directly in an ice bucket, where
they will also maintain the right temperature if they are
previously chilled in the refrigerator. Ice and water should be
placed inside the champagne cooler (cooling can be accelerated
by adding a handful of salt) and the bottle should be placed there,
which should be covered by two thirds, leaving its neck visible.
- If you want to serve more than one bottle on the table and for all
to reach the right temperature, they should not share the ice
bucket unless you have a suitable champagne bucket that is large
enough.

(an alloy with 18% chromium and 10% nickel, which offers a
higher level of resistance than conventional steel): steel is a
material that offers excellent resistance to corrosion and food
acids and salts; it is smooth, non-porous and very hygienic, easy
