- The fish kettle or besuguera is an oval casserole designed to
cook whole fish. Includes the lid, as well as the basket and
steam cooking support.
- If the basket rests on the base of the pot when adding the broth,
the fish will be covered for cooking in short broth; if the grid
is elevated, the fish will be steamed.
- In both cases the basket allows the fish to be removed from the
container keeping it whole.
- With this kettle or besuguera you can prepare the fish like a
professional, and even serve it on the table due to its finish and
design.
- This fish kettle is made of 18/10 stainless steel (alloy with 18%
chromium and 10% nickel, which offers a high level quality and
resistance superior to conventional steel).
