- The drainer will help you get the fried foods to the plate without

- It is made up of an upper layer with metal mesh on which food
is deposited when removing it from the pan or fryer, and a
lower container in which the excess oil is collected when draining
the fried.
- The drainer is made of 18/10 stainless steel (alloy with 18%
chromium and 10% nickel, offering a high level of quality and
resistance superior to conventional steel).
- Offers excellent resistance to corrosion and acids food and salts;
It is a smooth, non-porous and very hygienic material, easy to
clean (dishwasher safe), and does not transmit foreign flavors to
food.
- It is easily manageable by counting each of the trays with
handles robust.
