- The manual pasta rolling machine is made of steel 18/10
stainless steel (alloy with 18% chromium and 10% nickel,
alloy that offers a high level of quality and superior resistance
to conventional steel).
- Offers excellent resistance to corrosion and acids food and salts;
It is a smooth, non-porous and very hygienic, easy to clean, and
does not transmit foreign flavors to the food.
- Available in two sizes (145 mm and 260 mm), this machine
comes into action once you have made the pasta dough: Just
you have to put one of the pieces of dough into the machine
and turn the handle; repeat the operation several times, folding
the dough and flouring it if necessary, until the dough takes a
regular shape. Then change to the position 2 and roll once. This
way you can continue reducing the thickness until it is to your
liking. When the thickness of the sheet is desired, you can cut
the pasta by rolling the dough little by little on the cutting roller.
Let the paste dry for an hour less, and you can cook it to your
liking.
- The rollers of the pasta rolling machine have positions to obtain
up to 9 different thicknesses of pasta, which are chosen by
aligning the numbers located on the selector (on the opposite
side to where the turning handle goes); in position 1 the
thickness is about 3mm, and can be reduced up to 0.2mm.
