superior to conventional steel).
- Offers excellent resistance to corrosion and acids food and salts.
- Steel is a smooth, non-porous and very hygienic material;
maintains the natural flavor of cooked foods.
- The 18/10 stainless steel oven plate has measures 60 x 40 cm,
with a height of 0.8 mm.
- Remember that any ovenproof container can last more than the
oven itself if it is of good quality.
- For the maintenance of this plate do not use products abrasives
or wire sponges that damage its surface.
