- Sparkling wines, champagne or cava, are the stars at many
parties. The charm of these drinks is in their carbon dioxide
bubbles, kept under pressure inside the bottle and released
when it is opened. How can you prevent the bubbles from
escaping once the bottle is opened? Homemade tricks
(the handle of a spoon, the cork upside down on the mouth of
the bottle) are not effective.
- Only airtight stoppers prevent the gas from escaping from cava
bottles. With the shiny champagne stopper you will keep the
drink in good condition without losing the strength of its
bubbles.
- By pressing the top of the champagne stopper, it adheres to
the bottle, sealing it hermetically.
